Being a French-trained qualified pastry chef since 2010 and working in restaurants and patisseries across Adelaide, Melbourne and the Barossa Valley, my focus is on flavour combinations and appearance, using only the finest quality ingredients to create something truly unique for your special occasion

All of my cakes are crafted with love to your individual specifications, providing you with a one-of-a-kind experience that tastes every bit as good as it looks.  

I bring to life colourful and delicious cakes and desserts stunningly adorned with fresh and dried botanicals in the Barossa Valley. You will find me at the Barossa Farmers Market every Saturday from 7.30am - 11.30am.
